About

An electrical contractor for people opening a space

We are fourteen people in an office and shop on South 300 West. Most of our work is a tenant moving into a Salt Lake space that someone else built. We bid it, permit it, wire it and hand it over, and we try to be the part of the schedule nobody has to chase.

How the crew is set up

  • Three project leads and a foreman on every job

  • Work for tenants directly and under general contractors

  • Restaurants, shops, clinics and offices

The people you deal with

Who answers the phone, and who is on site

  • Seema Brar

    Owner and project lead

Walks every space before a bid goes out and signs the plans we submit. Talks to landlords and contractors about what the building can carry.

  • Francesca Ferrari

    Project manager, tenant work

Keeps the order of work and the inspection dates, and is the contact for your contractor between walks.

  • Piotr Kwiatkowski

    Foreman

Runs the crew on site, from rough-in through the printed panel schedule at handover.
