Before the walk
What happens at the walk?
We read the panel and the meter, measure the space, and look at the plans or your equipment list. You leave with a note on what the building can carry and what we need to bid.
Can I send the lease draft?
Yes, by email. We read it for its electrical and no more.
What if the space is not leased yet?
Call us before you sign. A walk costs nothing against a lease that turns out to be too small on power.
